This is a town about 20 minutes from Chenedouit. Just some cool shots of old abandon buildings. In it's prime the mid 1800's, this town was a huge manufacturing town of linen and cotton fabric.
A little fixer uper anyone??
Not a great shot because it's not a wide shot, but this is the now abondoned fabric factory. Obviously some of the added on buildings are more modern, but the red brick structures are from the mid 1800's.

The house below is the whole reason we came here. I was convinced that the carvings on the granite mantel were the same initials as our house. Not only was I incorrect, but this place also dates to 1720, 133 years before our house was buit. I'm sticking with the idea that the granite carvers could've been in the same family:)
