3 days down 11 to go….

and what a rainy three days it's been…..

Still managed to plant some lettuce and zuchinni in the garden though.

A day at the beach...

Drum lessons

Here's Seb at his drum lesson. (Even though there is a big sign saying no photos allowed!) Geez Mom, how embarrassing.
And here is a shot of his new electronic drum set.

Stef and I even find ourselves tapping
to the beat of "another one bites the dust"…..

hotel Nana

Sleeping at Annick's is always a treat.

Breakfast in front of the television…
bare feet...

soda..

Grandmothers really are the best.

knitted with love….

Matching hats in Seb's team colors.
Annick takes good care of her men!
And they do wear them proudly to every match.

food glorious food

I downloaded some photos from Annick's camera.
Guess what I found? Food, food and more glorious food.

Seb's chocolate birthday cake from two years ago.

Annick's homemade tarte tatin for Stephane and mine's birthday.

My homemade lemon tarte for
Annick's birthday last summer.

Seb's chocolate birthday cake this year.

No, that's not a tumor on his cheek.
It's chocolate from his Easter hen.

He also scored on a squirrel loaded with more chocolate on the inside.

Traditional buche de Noël from Christmas. That's more chocolate…

Last year's chocolate birthday cake.

(Just in case you thought I was joking about how much Seb loves chocolate. This is a shot of Sebastian's ceiling. He taped up the list from our Christmas chocolates. It is still there. Must help him sleep.)

And last but not least….Seb's second favorite luxury food lately. Snails. We had some for Easter.
Yum….
