aahh the beach

Last night we squeezed in a few minutes of sun at the beach.

Seb practiced his rock throwing.....

So actually I did avoid the hospital but did take a crash on my bike. The afternoon before I was supposed to go back to work I wiped out on my bike right behind the apartment. Of course, waited until 8:30 pm before thinking my right foot was broken and wanted to go to the hospital. Of course, I couldn't drive there.....Stephane being the level headed one, suggested icing it (hence the bag of frozen green peas).

Did call in sick (for my 1st day) but my doctor gave me a clean bill of health and I was back to my old self by Friday. Classic!

We scored on lots of stuff...none of them pictured. Two glass vintage light fixtures for the kitchen at Chenedouit for the low, low price of €2,00 ! They just need a good wash. Some records, comic books,  plastic figurines. Made for a great last day of summer vacation.
