Gifts, gifts and more gifts.

I didn't get a shot of everything, (like the super light weight, super cheap to ship popcorn) but here are just some of the goodies that we were lucky enough to have received. Thank you everyone, you spoil us!
Now Sebastian can get as many cuts and scrapes as he wants, he's officially prepared.

Proudly representing the gold and green.
Proudly representing the family!
Oh MY GOD, he finally got his stadium!
Our wood carrier from Annick. Chenedouit has never been so stylish!

Stephane and I sporting our hand knitted hats and scarves made by Annick. Talk about warm and cozy!

Christmas dinner(s)...

It wouldn't be a Christmas dinner without our traditional bûche de Noël.
Stephane carving the delicious bird that Annick made with love.
Sebastian patiently waiting to taste his foie gras.
No that's not wine he's drinking although he would have sure liked to try some.
Our seafood dinner from Christmas eve. Oysters, crab, shrimp, langoustine, sea snails...yum.
My cheesecake....way too much, way too rich...but it was good.

Christmas crackers....

A british co-worker of Stephane's graciously offered us some "crackers" this year for christmas. It's the first time I'd ever seen them and I thought that they were great. Each one contains a crown and a little gift.

You pull on the ends and it "pops" open with a little bang revealing your prize.

The royal family....
And the royal court jesters.

Seb's room

So here are the long promised photos of Seb's room. The wallpaper and shelves that Steph and I did. Stay tuned for the shots of his new loft bed.

dinner with the girls....

Carih lovingly preparing the foie gras.
Edwige lovingly preparing her toast.
And Edwige's toaster, well worth a photo, still functioning. The same one her grandfather used.

It's been a while....

Since we got back from the States it's been a busy blur.....
These guys are doing what I wish I could be doing instead of working...
Seb and Mouna hamming it up on a night out downtown.
And of course Seb has been up to lots of soccer, swimming and getting good reports at school!

Such a couple.....

He was taken by her beauty and she was taken by his clownish sense of law and order.....

It was bear hugs and smiles from that moment on.
Great big happy smiles.
And before they could say howdy partner...that dancer and sherrif were singing lullabies and sweet tunes. There were three more little ones in that old dusty town.

Mom, Dad and the Mickey Mouse club.

A bit of me time...

At Whitnall Park....
I LOVE this outfit from my first ever day of school.

Sebastian didn't start driving as young as me, but he's off to a good start.

The kiddies at work, play and sleep.

Lynn getting down with that hammer. Already sensible enough to be sporting eye protection.

Lynn and Jeff
Jeff and I at Christie's nice and tan.
Now we know where Sara gets her love of books. Her Mother and Aunt! Oh I'm sure you have a bit to do with it too Mark!

The joys of cooking....
Shaking our booties to what I can only imagine to be Sesame Street Fever.
Ta- dah!
